I bought this fan in August, two months later one of the blades suddenly stopped working (even after vacuuming and cleaning several times) and we started a faint smell of burnt plastic/rubber. Since it was outside the return window I had to contact the manufacturer directly. They refused to honor the warranty even after providing proof of purchase and sending a video of the problem and told me I needed to contact Revain as they had honored and sold the product, although this is technically incorrect and a bit misleading is. Luckily, Revain helped a lot with this issue, but I would not recommend this product or this manufacturer.
