Vertical height adjustment makes it very easy to raise or lower. a nice feature for a comfortable viewing height. The monitor comes with good default color, brightness, and contrast settings; I didn't have to adjust anything. The pixels are so tiny that everything looks clean and clear, unlike many monitors where you can see the pixels creating a window effect! This is my third 23" HP multi-computer monitor (all Macs) and they just keep getting better!
