This box contains 5 individually wrapped Epsom salt wet compresses. Each compress contains 33% Magnesium Sulfate and Benzelkonium Chloride with Purified Water. Each compress comes folded but opens onto a 9" x 9" cushion. These pads are very handy for travel or even to keep in your purse or briefcase. It seems that if you need to do Epsom salt baths, the easiest way to do it is at home. Epsom salt is great for reducing swelling, which in turn reduces pain. With these pads, it would be easy to roll one out to soak a toe, foot or whatever without carrying Epsom salt containers, buckets of water, etc. The box I received states that it has an expiration date of June 2024 and was made in Israel. I highly recommend adding a box of these Epsom Salt Pads to every first aid kit. Definitely a 5 star product for convenience alone.
