Good qualities: They are as reliable as they say. I don't think they will break that easily. The included carrying case is pretty good and handy for storing a small adapter or two that you might need to take with you. Different sizes of silicone tips and accessories are good enough. Bad: No volume up/down button on the lavalier mic. Why? There is an answer button there, so volume up/down would be nice. As many have mentioned, a heavy cable can cause the headphones to fall out of your ears, but I don't know if there is a fix for this. thisThe ugly: - The sound quality is no better than a $5 headphone. I'll admit I'm spoiled by my Bose QC25 headphones, which I use on long trips, but I seriously expected them to sound as good as regular iPhone or Galaxy headphones. They don't. The music sounds dull and muddy. There are few highs, almost no bass and too many mids. Every time I use them I'm happy with them until I hit the play button. As a result I will be keeping them as a backup pair but will look for a better sounding pair in the future.
