This product is very disappointing if you don't have (great) cellular service, it's not even worth your time. Support can and will answer your questions. But in most cases it's a 5-10 minute wait on the phone. You speak to an expert. But it's also very slow because I'm pretty sure they're helping multiple people at the same time. The problem with mine is that it might work 1 or 2 days in a row and then just stop sending pictures. So to get it working I have to drive for an hour while it's out. Turn it off and on again for 2 days of photos I'll get until it turns off again.
