I mainly use them for second potholes which I almost never take out and they work well. Looks like new even after a few months. The only downside is that they are very annoying to wear again if you take them off a lot. I've also used them as studs in my first bud holes in the past, but with frequent changes, it takes too long to insert. They stay in good shape during sleep and shower, but to put them on requires perfectly lining up the ball hole with the post and knowing how to screw them on and off, which always takes me over 10 minutes to put on myself.
