Review on SENHAI 8-Piece Rustproof Stainless Steel Flatware Set with Carrying Case for Travel, Camping, Picnics, Hiking, and Work by Nate Ducey

Perfect for my packed lunch.

I love this set! I started bringing my own dishes when the hospital cafeteria switched to plastic only. I have a short salad fork, a spoon and a Spyderco delica knife. I need a really sharp knife because I'm using heavy salad ingredients like avocados and tomatoes, Delica works well for slicing. I only had 2 small salad forks, don't know what happened to the rest. I wanted a small dinnerware set that I could keep in my purse when we go out, which led me to purchase this set. I was pleasantly surprised with the knife, it's sharp enough to slice through food if needed, saving wear and tear on my razor sharp Delica. This is also the length I wanted for portability. The forks are only slightly narrower than mine, I used both forks at the same time to compare and they worked fine. I have short steel straws that slide in easily, but longer ones will be too long. For them I have a separate small bag. So now I have a small no-waste set in my purse, as well as a lunch bag. My parents were depressed kids and it was ingrained in me not to be flamboyant unless I had to. I actually reuse plastic utensils too, but prefer metal utensils. I want to make more small kits to keep in the car and other places, but hard to find compact plugs. I might buy more of these sets as gifts for friends.
