Works better than standard. Use the Camera app for Windows 10 (click Start, type CAMERA and press Enter). See attached picture. On the left you will find the gear icon "Settings". You can set the resolution: Photos - up to 3.7 MP with a 16:9 form factor (2560 x 1440). My preferred option. -Up to 5.0 MP 4:3 form factor (2592x1944) video -Up to 1440p 16:9 30fps. My preferred option. On the left you also have other controls. Medium - for "Focus". I set it to manual and set it to the best image (45% in my case). This minimized the very annoying refocusing (when moving). Other operating systems or video conferencing applications may be able to make these settings (ZOOM is not). So I installed them with the Windows 10 Camera app and they get fixed when I use ZOOM. Microphone sound has been a constant issue on many Amcrest models this year. This model is just beautiful (at max level). So for the price I'm happy with the performance of this camera. A good option now that you probably won't find a decent camera at a decent price (forget all the popular webcam brands. Too expensive).
