fragile and easy to break
I bought 100 12"'s last week and used about 40 of them. About 1/3 of them broke (a ratchet in the pawl) before I used them , either the strings were so brittle they just broke in half before pulling, or I got a bag of bad lot, or the quality of the project wasn't up to par. .
