These are very sharp pants that look good and are well made. The flat front is neat and the cut is flattering. My son is quite skinny and they fit him around the waist which was a little disappointing. They're not described as slim, and even if they were, he's slim enough that that's not a problem. I think a kid who was even remotely a husky might have a hard time wearing them comfortably. The length was perfect for him so the only problem was the small waist.
