I like it when someone is doing something that they love, so this was not an issue for me personally with them! They are very friendly people who listen to my requests well. This isn't one of those "it's all good" type companies where everything goes smoothly without any problems or complaints at all from their end. There were times during our work together/on-going relationship (months later) where there would be no communication whatsoever. It got frustrating because we had worked extremely hard over many months towards getting results, but then nothing ever happened. If your goal really is to get leads into contact, than maybe just go ahead anyway? The customer service can definitely improve if they want to have successful relationships in business. We made some progress after spending time working closely with them. The support team is always very helpful and willing to help with any questions. I have always been able to get in touch with them through email. There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is very helpful in getting more traffic to your website and more sales. The only thing I dislike is that it is a little expensive but it is worth it. It has helped my sales by getting more traffic to my website.
