Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Precision with Third Helping Hands Soldering Tool by Dragan Nelson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very Gentle Rotation

I have had many accessory handles over the years and none have been as good or durable as this set. It's not perfect, but it's certainly better than most. The springy flexible arms are still a bit finicky to use, but they stay where you want them if you start right. First, I placed long arms opposite each other. I've found that if I want to work the board at an angle, I can only use 3 grips at a time. I mainly do home automation and integrate ESP32 controllers into home appliances. Although the boards are not large, they often have wires or strange attachments. With both long arms on the back of the circle and two shorter arms on the front, I was more productive with the holder. I hold the boards at an angle like a book so I don't have to work straight down. All round better. Base spin is amazing. It's super accurate and very smooth.

Pros
  • Flexible Tool for Helping Hands - This tool features four flexible gooseneck arms (2 long and 2 short) with 360Β° rotating alligator clips, a rotating base that allows you to work from any angle. Ideal for soldering irons, circuit board holders, assembly, repairs, model making, hobbies, jewellery, crafts
Cons
  • So far so good
