Review on Fab Fours FS99N16501 Winch Mount by Kevin Robinson

This is not just a standard bolt on item. On a 2003 F250 Super Duty Crew Cab, the front bumper will need to be loosened and possibly removed to remove the tow hooks holding the winch bolts. My particular item did not match the holes where the tow hooks attached as the center distance of the holes on the truck was 38.25 and the center distance of the winch was 37.875. Therefore, modifications to the winch mount were necessary. Also, Fab Fours doesn't have a technical department, they won't let you speak to anyone for technical advice. They are useless as tech support is on. For your information. All is said and done. Don't plan on easy installation unless you have very good mechanical skills and modification tools. I like the mount, but the support and help from the Fab Fours is less than desirable.
