Refresh rate at best every 30 seconds. and if the car stops before the 30 seconds update, the system will stay at the last place before the stop, so you can't know where the car went in those 30 seconds. Half the time if the device doesn't respond to commands because it's always damn "offline," don't waste your money on it.
