I have heavy eyelids that have deflated after significant weight loss and are now sitting on the lash line. That's why every eyeliner carries over, right? When I sweat or cry, I have a copy of the perfect line I made somewhere on the upper eyelid, right? Well I've tried them all with no luck no matter how much they cost or require!
