Warning: I have very oily eyelids. They laugh in the face of the most waterproof eyeliner or mascara. That's a problem. But not with this eyeliner! I absolutely live with eyeliner every moment of the day. However, I have very oily eyelids and most eyeliner doesn't hold or stay on my eyelids. So I need a very waterproof and smudge-proof formula to look good for at least most of the day before my oils decide to screw it up. I prefer opaque black eyeliner with a brush.
