Review on NYX Epic Ink Liner - Waterproof Black Liquid Eyeliner, Professional Makeup by David Holmes

My favorite eyeliner used to be Kat Von D's Tattoo Eyeliner. But at over $20 for the eyeliner I used regularly, of course it was out of reach. I did a little research and decided to give it a try about a year ago when I went to the water park. This eyeliner is incredibly waterproof. Of course, if you rub your eyes, they will come off, but if you leave it as is, everything is fine. And when you reapply it, it doesn't make that pesky layer that most liners do. It has become my favorite eyeliner and it's very easy to get the perfect line. I can't recommend it highly enough. It got me through water parks, hot summer days, rainy days, excessive sweating and those emotional moments. This is one hell of a liner for the price!
