No features for 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV. The rear LCD is not receiving a signal. The instructions mention the issue but are VERY vague on how to fix it. He refers to a purple plug that doesn't exist and suggests connecting a wire from one point of that plug to another. Ridiculous. Why not give better instructions? Floorstanding speakers don't work either. Sound comes from everything else except for the tweeters on the stands. That's important to me because it makes the system sound too rosy. (minimum values, but no maximum values). The technician was very rude. If you're not calling from a company, they don't have time for their customers.
