I wish I had received it sooner. I'm not a professional photographer but I do need to photograph products and things for social media etc. I used to spend $200-$300 on inexpensive studio lighting. I hate how much space these things take up and attaching and detaching is a chore for my needs. I was able to set this thing up and get some really good shots in 5 minutes. If you have a decent DSLR or other camera, just set a low ISO and tweak other settings and you'll have no problem getting really good shots quickly. I will say that there is more glare on some subjects in fairly direct lighting. I guess I can just shield the light a bit in the box and then slow down the shutter speed to still get a white background (similar to what I did with the studio light anyway.
