After ebay got my money back I ordered a larger size 12. The shoes arrived and fit EXACTLY like an 11. Too small. Have returned the item on ebay for the 3rd time (ordered 13) and the shoes still fit like a size 11! Exactly! I can't overdo it, I'm just blown away. Needless to say we will be back and the excitement about the Heiduds has completely evaporated. I'm so pissed.
