I'm so glad I was able to find the perfect solution for my TV's missing HDMI ports. I found a few other switches but after reading the comments I realized that you still have to get up, walk over to the TV and push a button to toggle them manually, which serves the purpose of what I need it for, nullifies (it also has the ability to manually render it true). I have a Chromecast and a DVD player connected to it. The Chromecast is always on so if I plug a TV into that input the Chromecast will automatically turn on which is nice because that's what we use most, but then when I turn on my DVD player it switches to the DVD player around. Sometimes it has trouble switching for a second and I might have to turn the DVD player off and on again, but that's understandable because as I said, I have a Chromecast connected that's always on, so it's probably hard to know which one was last activated. Since it doesn't always work flawlessly, I give it a break because it's exactly what I need and at a great price. It's also a big plus that a plug connects to the TV and comes with the kit. So no need to buy short HDMI.
