I compared it with the Sony HT-GT1, but there is a cheap diode backlight, the general "plasticity". I bought a Yamaha -106 in December 2022 and did not lose. The sound is clear, voluminous, a good alternative to budget home theaters. When watching movies, I do not turn it on at full volume, there is enough power. Installed their software - Smart View.
