I was a little hesitant to buy this due to some negative reviews. I decided to buy it because it meets all my needs at the right price and I will solve any problems if they arise. Arrived very quickly. Faster than I expected.2. Box in a box to avoid damage.3. The instructions can be improved, but the setup is pretty easy to figure out without them once you get started. The instructions don't mention this, but inside the door stock are two pre-cut square pieces of cardboard, about 12x12. If you open them from the packaging (like shirts/t-shirts), don't throw them away as they provide supports for your doors are. . They fit into velcro straps on the inside of the door, allowing them to be folded during transport. If you can't install it on one side, try the other side. They also put the lid on a metal frame, it's easier to do with help, but one person can do it. The straps in the cover are attached to the frame to keep it from moving. When tightening, do not pull the straps too tightly.4. The overall size and weight it can support depends, but I have all my hanging clothes inside and some items on the bottom shelf. I also have boots and shoes in one drawer and miscellaneous items in another drawer. I also have heavier gear upstairs and can handle it with ease. Recommendation: and really the only reason why it got one star less. Once you have it set up take the bottom of the inner drawer platform and trace it on the extra cardboard you have with the box and make two squares to place under the drawers and over the metal wire frame. If you pull the drawer out and try to put it back in the slot, it will get stuck on the metal wire frame. This allows you to slide it in and out without catching on the frame. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others.
