I ordered this because I think my old "rock with a hole" plastic aquarium decor sucks paint into the water and harms the bettas. I needed some ceramic and it was a similar design. I bought 2 sets of the same molds and am very happy with them. They are a good weight, easy to fold, but also look good on their own. My fish are already enjoying them and I am more confident that they are safe for him. The holes are smooth with no jagged edges, although the outside of the stone isn't perfectly smooth - it feels a bit like sandpaper but didn't snag during my nylon testing. I recommend!
