This is a common plastic hose that attaches to most vacuum cleaners. It goes quite well with my popular European branded vacuum cleaner. I bought a hose to clean the lint filter in the dryer and tumble dryer. In fact, I found this hose quite fit for purpose and allowed myself to squeeze it in and under the dryer lint screen in my dryer to clean it out. Note, however, that the hose is only about 3 feet long. I wouldn't recommend this hose as a good option for cleaning the outside of the dryer fan yourself, especially if like me you have a long one. Instead, you need something more robust to do this. But this hose only does the job of cleaning the dryer's lint screen. I haven't found the hose to stretch, but I don't think it should have.
