Bought this for engagement as other rings in town were expensive, didn't mind. With very light work (she works in a spa and wellness center) Therefore minimal contact with anything. Fast forward 1p and there are 6 to 7 small gems or diamonds missing and it looks like they are missing. Also, even with silver inlay, it looks like it's about to fall apart. Very disappointed with this purchase even if it's just silver and fake diamonds. I would also avoid this as costume jewelry.
