Very happy with this board. took friends for their birthday. She is 11 years old and having seen her on it I expect that she will grow with it and use her for many years. At the same time, I took some knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist pads. If you're buying a board for someone who has never skateboarded, make sure they have pads. She loves this combination, it was a real hit. Totally recommended and I have no doubt it will be good for their mum/dad too. I never learned to skateboard myself. But my son and his friend like it and they really liked this board.
