I like how it is designed and how easy of a tool it is in keeping a secure environment. I dislike that you have to have MongoHQ access. I dislike that it takes up so many MBs, I want something with a lighter footprint. If anyone has issues with size I would advise them to work with a company that can handle your size and needs. Security. I like that it has an inbuilt mongo shell so you can easily write queries without having to install anything else or have any knowledge of how databases work underneath! The UI could be improved but overall great for what we need out-of-the box - simple access point into our database with no hassle at all :) We're using this as part of integrating various systems together via API's (eg Salesforce).
