FANS RUN CONSTANTLY, VOLTAGE TOO LOW. Avoid 110v inverters, use 120v

Tried 2 of these and returned both. The product description states that the fans do not work at low loads and only turn on when the internal temperature reaches 113 degrees. When I installed and tested the first inverter, the fans turned on. Even without load, the fans ran for the rest of the day and half the night, after which they switched off. The next morning, when the outside temperature hit 30 degrees, the fans turned on and ran all day again. I thought the unit was defective and sent it back for a replacement. The second unit arrived and had the same fan issue. I've been trying to use this one for several days. He could work simultaneously with an electric skillet and a slow cooker, about 1800 watts. I trust him. The next thing I noticed was that the voltage was only about 105 volts, which was way too low for my bread maker. The motor wasn't that powerful and the dough ball blocked the agitator. I've also noticed that my ceiling fans aren't spinning as fast as they did with my old 1000W inverter. If I was just working on the headlights it would be fine, but I was concerned about the low voltage operation of the motors and electronics.
