The only true. Curled, lockable in any position.

Well, that's what they're talking about. This is a REAL knuckle shackle, no "play" on the release lever etc, you really need to use the key so don't lose the key! These aren't the most comfortable things to wear, so my advice is: wear them loosely, bend your leg up and down and in all directions, and if any part hurts, unblock and try again, otherwise do they hurt I put them on while sitting on the bed and they were fine, but when I got up my ankles were "swollen" and very tight and sore. So carry freely. Also, they are very funny, but don't forget to keep an eye on this key! Btw I used a small lock to shorten the chain, it was too long for what I wanted it for so keep it. I mean the ability to "adjust" the distance between the legs. Update: I found a handy feature on them. The instructions, like most things these days, are terribly vague and don't explain the function clearly. You'll notice that each key has a "pen". Once the cuffs are attached to your ankle (or your volunteer's ankle), use the "pin" on the key to press the small "button" in the hole on the side of the cuff to avoid over tightening, see photos and videos I've added. Once you feel and hear the click, the jaw will no longer close. To unlock the lock after this point, insert the key into the regular keyhole and turn the key CLOCKWISE to pull the knob out, then unlock the jaw by turning the key COUNTER-CLOCKWISE as usual to release the handcuffs to remove. This will prevent accidentally overtightening the cuffs which can cause discomfort, pain and possible physical harm as these are REAL cuffs. Use it carefully and responsibly and enjoy, it's fun!
