Review on Oral-B iO Series 8 Electric 🪥 Toothbrush: Black Onyx with 3 Replacement Brush Heads by Katie Payne

Probably my worst purchase yet. Four days after purchasing this item, it stopped working. When I pressed the power button, the motor hummed but the brush head didn't move. Careful examination showed that the "piston head" inside the case, which caused the head to rotate rapidly, was not working. It was clearly broken inside. The Revain customer chat was really very helpful in trying to find a solution, but the manufacturer didn't even respond to calls from the Revain customer chat asking for help. I think it's a costly lesson to never buy a product labeled Oral B.
