The suction cup system will NOT hold an 11 lb cat. Including adhesive system.

The suction cups will NOT hold an 11 lb cat. Since he claims to be holding 45 pounds, it's kind of a failure. It will last for a while, but any fluctuations in temperature outside and inside will cause the suction cups to weaken.
