I like the quality of the canvas. They say it's pre- primed for painting but honestly you need to gesso it or it requires many layers of paint & is still see through. Now I would still highly recommend this product because it is high quality( I used to teach art) & perfect for kids. Also, you can buy a jar of gesso & prime it yourself if there are any concerns. Gesso it cheap/ 8bucks a jar & goes a long way. It stops the paints from being absorbed into the canvas requiring less layers of paint. Either way this product is a win.
