Arrived today and worked perfectly out of the box. Very easy to set up, everything is intuitive. It is the second led board I've purchased recently, and seems like much better quality than another brand I purchased and returned last week. I bought this for my son to do his art projects on, and he loves it! The size is large enough for plenty of drawing space, and still fits on his lap. I even liked doodling on it for a while. Compared with an older board which has led's on each side, this board only has a row on the bottom. The difference is clear to see. On the Dan's cantina sign, Dan's is the same yellow as Byxbee Park on the other board, yet it appears green. Cantina is bright pink and margarita's is red, yet they appear the same and the purple border is barely lit on the top. Very disappointing.

Very sturdy! Can hang vertically or horizontally. I bought it for my office, and every day I go in to a new message from my co worker. I need to get her one! Bright colors, light color changes or stays solid. so many options, the possibilities are endless and fun! I did buy additional markers, which I’m glad. The markers that came with this particular one were way too runny.

Bought two for our granddaughters. They work great. I would have given it 5 stars, but the markers are harder to get the ink flowing then the instructions say. You are told to keep the tips pressed down on the board for 10 to 30 seconds to get the ink to flow, however most of the colors took about 90 seconds to get the ink to flow. If they would have said this in the instructions, then I would have given it 5 stars. As a 65 year old grandfather, I had fun with them.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it! The remote it came with did not work but I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one with no problem and were apologetic. Everything works great now! My only con would be that I wish it were a little easier to erase. I have to get a damp cloth and then a dry cloth. Damp cloth seems to smear it all and then I can I can wipe it off with the dry cloth. I would still recommend it to a friend!

I bought this for my 11 year old little girl. She loves it. It has a remote control and multiple modes such as fade, flash, etc. I recommend using a whiteboard type of eraser (in pic 2). It works so much better than the cloth included with the board. Customer service was fantastic to deal with. It's like they are waiting for your email, read it, and respond promptly. I recommend the board AND the company that obviously cares.

We were excited to use this product as it seemed quite versatile and portable. The information on the product page makes it seem like the USD dongle can connect to a power pack except it doesn't come with a USB port of any size (A/B/C). Also this does not come with a built in (or included) easel for standing upright on a table/surface. The chains included to hang are cheap and seem easy to break. Good value for illuminated sign.We ordered three and there were no instructions in any of the boxes. Once we got it figured out, it worked well.You need to hold the remote light control close to the USB connection for it to work.The ink is most easily removed by using a damp towel first to smudge it then let it try and use the microfiber to wipe the ink smudge off the surface.

Bought as a holiday gift for my husband. WE LOVE IT! Bright and colorful. Comes with a lot of colored markers for use and includes eraser, hanging chain, and remote. Remote does NOT work well.you have to press very hard on the buttons for it to work.

Bought this as a gift for a friend for their game room and the prong out of the electric cord came out and stopped working. It may be difficult to clean the board completely!

This board is awesome. I bought it to replace our boring white board I use in the kitchen for a calendar & shopping list. It’s worked great right out of box and was really easy to set up. It was nice that it came with markers. I have found that the chalk markers are better for think items so I use fine tip erasable markers for writing instead. Both markers come off very clean & super easy with a baby wipes. And a plus my kids love the lights. A great addition versus the plain boring whiteboard.

I purchased it to use for our store to highlight events, classes and such. I needed to wipe repeatedly with the cloth provided to remove the liquid chalk but it all works great.

Fun item. Much better than my old white board. It comes with a set of colors, but they are fat nibbed so I had to get a finer set.

It has multiple lighting options. It is smaller than I expected and it is not adjustable. I was hoping it would adjust to a higher height. I would say that it is about 3. 5 to 4 feet high and fixed. The legs are not really sturdy and the frame isn't the best made. It is already starting to separate and I haven't had or used it long and it never goes outside.If you want the lights to work you must have a power source close by. The remote provided doesn’t work I even replaced the batteries that came with it. The board itself is nice . I wasn’t aware it needed to be plugged in at at times though so depending on where u have it it may require an extension cord. Overall I’m pleased

This is a good SOLID board and it needs to be. The amount of pressure needed to wipe this board clean tired me out and would have cracked the average board. I hope It can continue to take this amount of scrubbing. The color options and remote control ability are nice and also has on/off and color-changing ability at the USB connection. Vivid and Bright but you better be strong! 💪🏼

I couldn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. The chain to hang it up broke right away, but we were able to make it work. Unfortunately, about a month and a half later, the plug busted when we pulled it from the outlet. However, the cost was low and the customer service was excellent - we got a replacement right away.
