Having used a professional case on my previous 6th gen iPad for 2 years, I knew I wanted to try it again. The closest option to what I had before had no choice and seemed to need a strap to keep it close so I wasn't sure if that was what I needed. I decided to try this. It definitely has a slim profile so it doesn't add much bulk or weight. Pretty easy to slip in an iPad. A little harder to remove but no big deal. Maybe a different material option would be better for more flexibility. The position of the stand is adequate but not as firm as I was used to from the previous case. I want the spine to be fully covered. This may have contributed to a firmer feel when using the stand. I like that the holder is on the inside and not on the open side, but that's personal preference. I'm also concerned that the edges of the cover will quickly fray and wear due to its thin quality that folds easily. The price is great but I have to decide how comfortable I am that it can work well for 1-2 years like my previous case or I have to return it if necessary.
