Exactly as described. Delivery is fast but needed an update. I have changed my rating for this product. I bought it here and the result of using it was red, swollen, itchy, irritated lips. I ended up in the ER with a prescription to reduce the redness. Worst thing I've ever bought. This is the second time I have had to be treated for this reaction. I do not recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin.
