The product is too big, a used shoe, a new one. I asked for an exchange and was asked to pay shipping on top of the $15 shipping I was originally supposed to pay. Bad service. Bad seller.

- Shoes run small, my daughter wears a size 9 and a size 11 is fine for a thin sock.
