We bought a seed grow kit from Walmart and everything turned out great. After we used all of that up, I figured we'd go with these and grow more stuff to put in the garden. These were smaller than I expected they'd be. but that's probably on me for not reading the description. However, what I found after trying 12 of these:1. The top piece is a pain to remove, so ultimately need to cut the "hat" off every pod which is a pain in the butt.2. Every single thing we planted, after over a week, did not grow.3. I removed the seeds. They weren't even trying to germinate.4. The exact same seed packets were successful in the Walmart grow kits, and were also successfuly directly planted in the garden. In these seed starters, they didn't even start. We have a large garden. Seed starters are nothing new to us; this was not user error. The peet in these is very different than other brands. I am not sure what's in this. As I said, I am using the same seeds that were succesful with direct sow as well as in other brand peet seed starters.I also noticed a lot of the pellets were not even, so when wet, they expanded at angles. Very poor quality all around. I am returning them; and sad I wasted my artichoke and various seeds.
