I bought 1 for my 7 year old for Christmas. We thought it was cool and then my 17 year old wanted one too so I bought another one. I followed the instructions both times. When I let it cool down and then started it up again, it wasn't that cool anymore. It gets stuck at the top and then does nothing. Not interesting to look at at all. Very disappointed that it looked like a good buy and then both failed. The photo shows what he looks like after spending the whole night. Just got stuck there. I made sure the coil is down and so on. I don't know why it isn't working properly. Maybe the bulb isn't getting hot enough. Who knows, but not impressed.
