I was afraid to buy because of negative reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about this knife. I used it to peel a few tree trunks and the bark came off like butter. (Pine logs) Equally important when using this knife is how quickly you remove the bark from the moment you cut the tree. If you do it in the same day, everything will be easier. And if you first tap it with a hammer, everything will become even easier. The knife is strong, the blade is sharp and easy to sharpen if necessary. The only downside is that the handles loosen a bit with use. No big deal as I would happily buy this set again should I ever need a new folding knife for any reason.
