The security department at my previous employer used secureWorks for vulnerability assessments as well as penetration tests (which was really cool). They were always thorough with their reports; nothing seemed like it went unnoticed or unaddressed by them! I don't recall any particular issues using their products but maybe that's because they are so good? If you're looking into purchasing one these tools then make sure your research includes cost analysis too - not every product will have competitive pricing options which can be important if resources aren't unlimited. As stated above though there isn't anything about secure works itself specifically apart form price/performance ratio. It seems pretty straightforward when viewing documentation online what each tool does.
