The online customer service is very prompt and makes you feel like they understand your needs right away. I will continue using them as their price points are very low compared to other competitors in this type of space that aren't always up front with pricing and services (but charge significantly more). Their product doesn't offer everything we needed, but it's easy enought to add features or change what does exist if need be. For my small organization, this has been great, keeping overhead costs down and allowing us to focus our resources elsewhere! The support was amazing, so much that it felt like they were looking after us every step of our journey with them! From initial contact to implementation we never had any issues or problems which is unheard off in this day an age where everything seems complicated when you don't know what your doing etc!! I will definitely recommend their services as its very professional from start till finish but also has great customer service too - just brilliant all round really would highly recommended. !
