Marshall & Poe Review

I worked at M&P as an application consultant during my last two years of college, which was over ten years ago now so it's been a while! While there were some good things (the people!), overall our experience wasn't very pleasant. The culture seemed overly competitive -- even though we didn't always work directly with one another -- because that seems to be what their clients liked about them when they hired us back in 2009/2010 after layoffs. The online customer service is very prompt and makes you feel like they understand your needs right away. I will continue using them as their price points are very low compared to other competitors in this type of space that aren't always up front with pricing and services (but charge significantly more). Their product doesn't offer everything we needed, but it's easy enought to add features or change what does exist if need be. For my small organization, this has been great, keeping overhead…
