Somehow spray works better than stone, but nothing a little distilled water can't fix. It says 4-5 sprays per pit but I only do a few and I'm covered or it drips. You must have a detox period for it to work properly. If you've just switched to a new deodorant, it'll feel like it's just giving your armpits time to detox from your previous deodorant, and you'll love it!
