I wear large and ordered large and they fit perfectly. I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 165 pounds. I gained a few pounds during the pandemic and needed to update my wardrobe, which is funny because my closet was empty. enough to easily get comfortable and sleep. All seams and seams are intact and durable. Some areas are stitched which is great to keep them from falling apart easily. All in all, great sleep/lounge pants.
