Review on ZAMOK by Jose Haskin

I like everything about this product except that you can't customize it to your specific business needs. With all of these features, I see no reason why we would need any customization from a third party vendor. We've been using zamoks for almost 2 years now, the customer service has always gone out of their way to help us learn how to use it effectively. And they are open to suggestions regarding new technology that could be rolled out in future versions. Great product and great team who support it! Nothing at this point. I have been using this program for years now to manage my sales booths, it has never failed me yet! Nothing really; just minor glitches here or there when i try new things but nothing big enough where its not worth fixing them right away though they do seem very easy fixable by most people who are familiar/have used computers before (which all of us should be). We use zamoko in conjunction so we can keep track together about everything related tot he booth such as inventory etc..
