Review on Matrix Jail Management System by Marco Hubbard

I like how easy it was to set up my account for access in our office (as well as remotely). The software has been very user friendly so far! There are some features we had hoped would be added but haven't seen them yet. If you're looking for something simple then this may not meet your needs - however if you want something robust and customizable than look into other options out there. We have used several different systems throughout the years at work and found most of them too complicated or didn't offer enough flexibility when managing multiple facilities/offenders. This system allows us to track all offenders within one place without having to log onto each individual site's computer individually.
