The suction cups have to be restuck periodically, but that is expected. However, what I wasn't prepared for is how it makes the entire inside of the cab a strobe party, and gave me a headache after just a couple minutes of use. Would be much better if it had a small shield to direct the flashes to outside the window instead of it being just open, that's why I rated 4 stars. However, it IS affordable, and is exactly as advertised, just didn't function how I imagined it would.
