Anyone looking for a massager for their sore muscles will probably want to keep shopping. I've tried several brands of massagers for this and it won't add up in terms of performance. But if you're looking for a personal massager, it has average performance. I have a lady pom pom and it is similar in strength to the vibrations on it, although maybe a little less powerful on the highest setting than the highest pom setting. The battery lasts a long time and it's good that it's waterproof, which makes it easy to clean. It's also nice that it has several different vibration patterns. I also love color.
