It's easy for us as Salesforce users, it helps with our CRM process in general by pulling all of my data together from other systems we use like Zuora into one place that is easily accessible via API calls! The only downside I see right now would be if you don't have enough resources or time then there could potentially come down times where things aren’t working properly. We are solving problems related too having access everywhere within your organization so people can find what they need quickly without searching through various different sources (email marketing tool etc.).
